Reset Password

Operation Method

  1. Go to https://z-emotion.com

  2. Click Sign in Button on the right top of the screen.

  3. Click Forgot password.

    Click Forgot password.

  4. Enter the Email address, then click the Send Password Reset Mail button.

  5. Go to your mailbox and click Password Recovery mail. Then click Reset password.

  6. Enter New Password, and Confirm Password to confirm the new password, then click the Reset Password button.

  7. The password is changed.
