Overview
Simulation Accuracy is a function for controlling the speed and precision of the simulation.
The higher the accuracy, the slower it becomes, but it is possible to obtain more accurate simulation results.
Location
UI Panel > Simulation > Basic Settings > Simulation Accuracy
UI Panel > Simulation > Basic Settings > Collision Accuracy
Operation Method
- Adjust simulation accuracy and collision accuracy via UI Panel> Simulation> Basic Settings.
- Speed and accuracy can be checked by running the simulation.
Components (Table)
Simulation Accuracy
The parameter that determines the number of simulation time steps.
When closer to fast, where the value is lower, fewer time steps are used to obtain results quickly.
On the other hand, when closer to accurate where the value is higher, more time steps are used, which makes it slower but possible to obtain more accurate results.
Collision Accuracy
The parameter that determines the number of operations of collisions that occur during the simulation.
The closer to fast with a lower value, the number of operations reduce, thus making it possible to obtain results quickly.
On the other hand, the closer to accurate with higher value, the number of operations increases, thus making it possible to obtain stable collision processing results.
