How do I solve the problem when the program stops working after an update?

First, please check your system information. You can find your system specifications by following the steps below:

1. Check system specifications:

  • Settings > System > About

    • Processor (CPU)

    • Installed RAM

    • Windows specifications

  • Settings > System > Display > Advanced display settings

    • Display information (GPU)

  1. Update your processor driver
    Download and install the latest driver from the following link:
